-Next, she jams the gear into Drive trying to shake loose and abandon Becca on the side of the road, and the arresting officer, and ricochet off her hood Officer Ross like a bowling pin getting picked up for the spare, ...as she makes her attempt to escape,
evading and eluding detainment and arrest to her self demise.

Did not quite make her hastily chosen clean getaway.

-Otherwise, what was her hurry that she needed to go somewhere so urgently, that she chose to abandon her passenger ? Be damned the officer she dragged with her in reverse trying to unlock her door after giving her orders to get out? She could care less about him or his safety either.
