Venezuela was not invaded. To the extent that the whole thing was about oil, it was about keeping Venezuela from selling oil illegally to our enemies and violating sanctions. Granted, that's only marginally better than Democrats "invading" our wallets to fund their pet social agendas, but you gotta start somewhere

So all that talk about American oil companies going into Venezuela to get oil (which will obviously benefit them) is somehow about protecting the Venezuelan people? 😂😂

No, of course not. There will be some benefit to America and it's oil companies. Remember though, America oil companies built their oil industry in the first place, and then they nationalized it. Every action in the modern political landscape, global and domestic, has parallel purposes. To say that the only reason that this occurred is to feed America's oil greed is like saying that you brush your teeth to have a pretty smile
