There are carnivorous koalas called drop bears that (as the name suggests) drop onto unsuspecting people walking by and rip their eyes out. Eating their face while they're still alive and in pain.

There's this one long road on the outskirts of my city that I drive on quite often, apparently it's haunted or smth like that. Based on what I heard, if you count the bridges, there's one less when you go down the road and supposedly there can be seen a silhouette of a man's ghost hanging occasionally. Never experienced it myself though
