In DDLC+ they had to put a warning saying that all the characters are 18 and older. What are 18 year olds doing in high school? They definitely just put it there so they can have it on Playstation and Nintendo. I still consider Natsuki to be 15, and everyone else to either be 16 or 17. It also makes more sense that way because of some of the things said in game.
