I do think he should swallow his pride and make himself less busy though. These sleepy moments aren't good for publicity. He's fine, but the obvious lack of sleep might burn him out - I know that personally.
He's ofc not gonna do any of that, so I hope he manages to be on top just enough for Vance to take over in three years and then he'll be done
