I'm a bedrock player, and I actually agree with you on this one ngl...

I'm also a Bedrock player and although the Vibrant Visuals new textures crash my world whenever I detonate more than 5 TNT more than 40% of the time, it all depends on the compatiblity.

Java is basically 4 versions behind, and is only compatible with PC and Mac. (I might be wrong.)

Bedrock is literally almost every other version, and it's also ahead in versions.
That means Bedrock recieves the updates first.

And also, fun fact here, Bedrock Edition doesn't have a "Bedrock Edition" tag below the Minecraft title, it just says Minecraft.

A pc is like 500 - 1k $
A laptop is like 300
Consoles cost from 250 to 600

Not everyone has access to to Java. Some can only play on consoles. Both versions have strengths and weaknesses, and neither is better than the other.

Sure, but you can’t play anything else on it. You would get like barely enough to even play Minecraft without massive frame drops or incredible lag without spending more, and some people don’t have space for a tower pc. Even if you had one that’s 200 or so, you would probably need something like sodium or a different optimization mod to run Minecraft smoothly.

The video was made in early 2025, before the surge in price, when ram cost about 50$ per 16gb or so.
