Why punish them more with tariffs as they already are sanctioned and we don't buy much from them anyways - so the excuse goes

Don't worry folks, Russia isn't the only country not subject to Trump tariffs. Belarus, Cuba, and North Korea are exempt also; To all you Marxists out there, I reckon it does pay to be Communist after all!
