Barring any health reasons that would prevent him, no, he will not be gone in three. He will be gone when he is physically incapable of keeping the position.

I assume you arent American. Sorry about that. In the US, presidents can be elected for a total of 8 years in office. The first election is for 4 years, and, If the president wishes, they can run again, leading to either another 4 years (If the people so decide), or they will leave office the 20th of January, the year after the election happens. (which is in November)
