The fnaf thing isn't necessarily relevant when you take not of Pablo following the same point grinding streams and had the same point grinding methods as her and followed toady's other alts on their little trends
And as demonstrated by her Countryside alt, it's shown that it isn't difficult for her to try to impersonate another user, which i believe is somewhat connected to why Pablo acted like Mewo at certain times
My beliefs is that Toady was looking for ways to get Mewo in trouble, hence the pablo accusations drama
