I vomit up everything I consume, and my diarrhea is so terrible that I have to wear period underwear with a pad (as a makeshift shitholder) in case I shit myself, I have a 100+ degree fever, and by eyes burn and I can barely breathe, and every sound sounds like it's at the volume of a grenade

with this being said, don't feel bad for me, and I most likely won't die
