Another way to make sure these stay fair is to only let mods who have an unbiased moderation history do BARs | Proposal for an idea regarding ban appeals - Ban Appeal Reviews, or BARs for short. Some features in BARs would include:; A way to contact mods/sitemods without them having to follow you, which would be useful for if that mod or sitemod doesn't follow you prior to your sudden ban. You can't straight up ignore a BAR request - if one is submitted, it must be reviewed by a stream or site moderator.
(whichever is appropriate depending on the ban); A few questions regarding what they did to get banned (what they did, what their intentions were behind it) This would also probably include privately sending links to what it was they got banned for, which sounds bad at first, but would cut down on bans that happen with little to no evidence. And, IF APPROPRIATE -
