As a religious person, this meme is really dumb.

Logical vigor is what I want to see in Christians, yet what am I seeing here? Illogical ignorant Christians who don't know what they're talking about.

Atheists say that science obviously supports their point and there's nothing anyone can do about it. What do the Christians think about it? They BELIEVE them. They actually think that science supports no God. Have they done no research on science? Science points TOWARD God, not away from Him. Gosh, we need Christian scientists to counteract atheist scientists!

Okay, I finished my rant. I'm very angry at casual Christians for not even trying to look at the real evidence.

I think people should take a proper look at the facts and the opinions before making a statement. I think it's better for someone to be an atheist because they logiced themselves to the application, than to be a Christian who is only Christian because everybody else is, because they're not really Christian if they don't understand the core values.

I understand that you despise religion. Most athiests today despise religion as well. This is because in history, religion has been used as a tool to keep people in their place. I have two points and these points are quite related.

1. Religion is misused by governments. The emperor says that God is saying this, and the people, ignorant as they are, just believe him. They don't check it and compare it with their holy book. That's why religion seems to fail.

2. Atheism can be used the same way. Scientists can say one thing, then there's nothing a person can say against that because they're not scientifically educated. People instead just blindly follow what their idols (scientists, science) say and do. The peer review thing is great, but humans are still fallible and humans are still corrupt and humans are still biased. It's the same for religion. If people would just actually read what their worshipping maybe they would understand that emperors are just power hungry suckers who use anything as a tool, including science.

being that i am not quite athiest nor am i religious, i can completely understand what you are saying. this meme really is kinda dumb and not understanding of the enitre situation. to add to what you are saying, this further mocks athiests by making good, solid facts look stupid and silly when they can seriously be used. i would go as far to say everyone including religious people benefit from peer reviewed scientific studies. these and other studies and experiments provide much needed data that allows us to make things like medicine and make technological improvements. in light of the fact that i recently rejected materialism and athiesim, i still think that many religions arguments from science like intelligent design aren't great, logic is still crucial to argue for religeon. ultimately this meme mocks logic and science and it is evident that the author of the meme does not know what they are talking about.

Yeah, the meme is funny in a very specific concept, but that concept is just suggesting that peer review is only good for atheists. This is far from the truth. I hear of religious people rejecting medicines because of their religion. That's really dumb and in my opinion, by doing that, person is admitting that they think that their religion is not logically or scientifically sound.

I do think that science does point toward God, though, so I have to disagree with you on that. The world is so perfectly set up that there must have been an intelligent designer. I think the teleological argument is good. You can even see it on a cellular level.
