Exactly.

The joke was that in a moment during a Pacifist run, you run into Papyrus’s next puzzle, built by Alphys. The specific tiles do a unique thing. The Orange tile makes you smell like oranges. Your icon and mine are orange, so we then must smell like oranges assuming that we stepped on the Orange tile. And yes, stepping on the Orange tile does make you have a tint of orange.
