This is the so called character Arsen Ostrovsky, who takes selfies while terrorist fire bullets at him, supposedly grazing his head...Australia Bondi terror mass shooting.

You know who he reminds me of? Like if you had to picture somebody here looking like him, who would it be? Only a little more lumpy in the head.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here...and say you're referring to Patrick Stewart.

That is insulting to sir Patrick Stewart, considering he is a real Hollywood actor, and Ostrovsky is a crisis actor assisting a global agenda.
