AI doesn't take much water in the grand scale of things, however, the companies using it are taking water out of small towns that need it the most (more on the companies than AI itself, though)
And it also takes a LOT of electricity (which again, the companies aren't using renewables or nuclear for this so the environment doesn't like that)
It is helpful for healthcare in general, fraud detection, spell check, automization of tedious tasks, self driving cars and even more BECAUSE AI was meant to be used as a tool, but rn it's mostly being used to replace human creativity, and it's not great for that...
