Speaking of Narb, Matthew has revealed that, if the campaign for Bean's plushie reaches 200%, there will be more plushies of Stars characters in 2026. Judging by the silhouette of the plushie on the right, it seems that Narb's dream is supposed to come true!
However, as of typing this, the campaign for Bean is only 17% funded, and it has until Saturday, December 20th to make it to 100%, which doesn't seem possible, given the circumstances.
When comparing that to the Quest Sprout and Momma Sprout plushies that were released earlier in the year, and were 370% and 240% funded respectively, it seems that people want more Swords content compared to Stars. I feel bad for Matthew in this regard; He was definitely excited for there to be more from Stars, but that comic gets very overshadowed by Swords.
Despite that, I still believe that Narb's dream of becoming a marketable plush toy will someday come true. Maybe not now, maybe not in 2026, but someday...
