basically
i did neutral first run,
i had to do neytral to do pacifist, andi though it had to be in the same run
so i spare all enemies, defeated asgore, which was f**king hell, after completeing, i didnt get pacifist. So i was tortured for no reason

i think you just have skill issue
asgore is easy, f**k, I beat OMEGA FLOWER first try
Undertale is easy
(Undyne the undying is the one exception)
