The Department of Education has never educated a single child. Its sole purpose is to distribute tax dollars to schools. And it even screwed that simple task up to where all they do is funnel tax dollars to teachers unions who, in turn, funnel it back to Democrat politicians.

It’s been a racket since its inception.
