If one is born in Cairo, and spent their youth there, one might walk like an Egyptian, no?

"Arafat was born to Palestinian parents in Cairo, Egypt, where he spent most of his youth. He studied at the University of King Fuad I. While a student, he embraced Arab nationalist and anti-Zionist ideas. Opposed to the 1948 creation of the State of Israel, he fought alongside the Muslim Brotherhood during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. For your further consideration, a lot of people are absurdly calling Netanyahu, a fascist and Hitler. Ironically the absurdity of this could be traced by to Arafat's father being related to a distant cousin, The Grand Mufti, and the company the Grand Mufti liked to keep; for accuracy. Is that understood?

" (Yassir) Arafat was born in Cairo, Egypt,[13] on 4[14][15] or 24 August 1929.[16][17]: 269  His father, Abdel Raouf al-Qudwa al-Husseini, a distant relative of Amin al-Husseini, the former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem[18][19], was a Palestinian from Gaza City, whose mother, Yasser's paternal grandmother, was Egyptian. Arafat's father battled in the Egyptian courts for 25 years to claim family land in Egypt as part of his inheritance but was unsuccessful."

Who was this distant cousin, and Grand Mufti, and what was he all about ?

"In 1937, evading an arrest warrant for aligning himself as leader of the 1936–1939 Arab revolt in Palestine against British rule, he fled and took refuge in Lebanon and afterwards Iraq. He then established himself in Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany, which he collaborated with during World War II against Britain, requesting during a meeting with Adolf Hitler backing for Arab independence and opposition to the establishment of a Jewish national home in Palestine.[14] Upon the end of the war, he came under French protection, and then sought refuge in Cairo."
