Kokopuffs may be fast, but Guts has dodged lightning at Mach 144. Has ANYONE in Demon Slayer moved even close to this speed? I don't think so. Not to mention he's a resilient bastard, he can fight until the last drop of blood has left his body. He can also fight ranged to stay far from Kokopuffs, even if his reach is insane. And it is likely that Guts can stall Kokushibo until the sun rises, at which point he could keep him from running or hiding by using any variety of his weapons. Don't be so quick to make decisions, it may be closer than you think. I'm not denying that Kokushibo could kill Guts, I'm just saying Guts could definitely win. Think it over for a while.
