whats the project about

Currently, the homepage shows the top 250 users on imgflip, gif urls (9geor3 included) work but don't show the gif (due to gifs not being implemented.), I haven't implemented comments onto images, no username on image pages, streams and comments don't show up on user pages, points dont show up on user pages, and no stream url implementation.

Gifs do show up on userpages in image form, no implementation of icons and custom icons.

I am planning to expand the project so not just the top 250 users show on the homepage, but also show the hot images, as well as other users.
