after some research, she is partially right.

they're required to call you your biological name in certain scenarios, like STAAR tests, graduation, and official tests, but if theyre simply calling you Sam and he/him on a daily basis with no official tests or things alike, they're not breaking any laws. If she asks you to write your bio name on a paper, she's doing it because writing Sam on certain tests is illegal.

I'm aware of that part, but its pissing me off because she said this law hit over the summer, yet all my other teachers are calling me Sam and he/him and this law hit monday (most of my teacher don't care,just her)

the law I'm talking abt did come this summer, no laws based on this came on monday.
