We then have a Sony that is 159€ and a JBL at 199€.
So i explain to the client what is good, what is kinda bad unless you’re not looking for quality.
I tell him JBL is the best in terms of quality but the most expensive, and i lead him onto the Cozy wood that i call the ‘’right center’’ because Thomsone is already good and its not too expensive. And also it looks very good.
He asks some questions about power, and mostly why its just some pages and not displayed ones.
I tell him that it would take too much space and all, then he ask question if he can see them, i tell him he would have to go see a cashier for this, and so he says :
Old man : Well… I’ll take this to the cashier, then i’ll see if i buy it or not. Thank you.
Me : You’re welcome.
I see him go.
And i’m like ‘’I’ve just done the impossible’’.
During the whole hour where i was alone, i kept anxiously looking at my phone (for instance, my BROTHERS phone that he gave me in case i needed to call my mom) to see how much time was left till i could get onto a lifeboat and stop floating all alone in the sea of people. I didn’t mention that there was A LOT of people this morning.
Each client asking for help, i tried my best. Some were kind, some were impatient. Each time it felt like i was carrying the weight of the world because i wanted to help the people till my limits were reached (for exemple, a Note that could have helped me check the inventory of the store).
I met Emma (one close colleague of Leo) that realise i’m alone and she asks if i’m doing okay. I tell her that i laughed at Lea the other day when she said she felt like a Mama Duck with all the clients that needed help, but that now i trully understand what she meant.
My biggest client line was 3, like i had 3 clients that asked for help right after i finished helping one.
When Leo FINALLY arrived, i felt exhausted, as if my day was already going for 6 hours straight.
I tell him about the Thomsone i ‘’hopefully’’ sold. And he go check if it got sold and…. IT DID !!!
*Squid game celebration meme*
I just made 100€ to our section, almost as good as if i sold a piano, but what is better is that i sold something that was taking A LOT of place in the stock piles, and so i’m extremly effective in that specific sale.
He also told me it was alright for the Mary the Kitty figurine.
We do some price tag changing, some promotions, rearranging, receptions of new stuff, but on top of all this we mostly help clients.
At some point Leo says :
