Unfinished and canceled. Here’s what was wrote.

I actually announced this story a while back, but it got stuck in writing hell and never returned.
Due to the Light storyline getting axed, id like to celebrate the story and show some unfinished things.
Enjoy this canceled story!

Wasteland

Prologue: Chaos was banished to his own home planet, Kuro; by the great hero known as Jerry, after the events of Identity Crisis. This is his tale.

Chapter 1 (Stranded): A beam of light shines through the dark, eerie, night sky of Kuro. A boom shatters the silence of this abandoned planet. Chaos found himself stranded, his power drained, and without any food.
Chaos: “I must not die like this, I will survive.” Chaos took off his helmet and threw it to the ground. Chaos: “G-gotta get some of this a-armor off me.” He tears off several of the damaged pieces of the armor. Chaos: “M-much better n-now.” Chaos knew he had to keep moving. He had to find the capital of Kuro…

Chapter 2 (Unsuspected Discovery): 2 days later, Chaos had gone extremely hungry, his craving for food causing him to kill any living, edible thing he saw.
The nights on his planet were dark and cold. But that didn’t stop Chaos, he would stop until his goal was complete. Suddenly, a burning object flew through the sky, Chaos thought it was interesting so he took a detour.
As he approached the crash site, he recognized the face, or screen of the thing. T.E.D somehow landed here after getting a hole blasted in him. But the weirdest part, T.E.D was still active, it was faint, but Chaos could tell that T.E.D still had power left in him. Chaos grabbed the burnt, charred remains of T.E.D and dragged him through the dirt. Chaos knew that T.E.D had valuable info on every weakness that Jerry and his comrades have, and Chaos would do anything to get that info out of him…

Chapter 3 (Interrogation): The next morning, Chaos propped the remains of T.E.D on a nearby rock, planning to find out every piece of info this piece of junk had to offer.
Chaos: “So, tell me every thing you know or ill tear your limbs off.”
T.E.D doesn’t respond
Chaos gets mad at this robot.
Chaos: “Answer me you piece of junk!”
Yet again, T.E.D doesn’t respond
Chaos realizes he could make up a deal.
Chaos: “if I get you more power, will you tell me the info?!”
T.E.D: “Brzttt, Brzzzttt.”
Chaos: “Just say it!”
T.E.D: “Y-y-yes.”
Chaos didn’t expect T.E.D to actually agree with him. But it pleased him immensely. Chaos looked at T.E.D, a robot who lost both of his legs and an arm. Basically useless now. But he wasn’t really useful in the first place. But the two would have to survive together…

Chapter 4 (The Capital): After 3 days, they finally arrived at the capital of Kuro. Once a great kingdom, now in ruins. Kuro was known for being the trade center of the galaxies closest to it. Chaos walked through the castle halls, looking for one place. Chaos: “Okay, now we need to find the throne room.” Soon enough the found the splintered, shattered remains of the throne room’s doors.
Chaos set down T.E.D, looking for an artifact from his past. Chaos: “Aha! After all this time, I’ve found it!” The Royal Amulet, once used by past kings and queens of Kuro. It holds a mysterious power that aids the user in battle, but at the cost of the users sanity. Chaos grabbed the amulet and placed it around his neck. Something else in the room caught his eye. It was his dads armor…

Chapter 6 (Fulfilling a Promise?): Chaos broke the glass display guarding his dad’s armor and put it on. It felt like he could take on the universe now. But first, he had a promise to fulfill. he put T.E.D back on his back and walked out of the castle. Chaos: “Okay T.E.D, I’ll get you to the power supply room. But its gonna take a bit to get down there. T.E.D doesn’t respond to Chaos. Chaos makes his way down to the chambers, then to the lower levels of the castle. Chaos: “We will rest here tonight.” He propped up T.E.D on a nearby wall and took of his helmet. Chaos sighed, and eventually he fell asleep. That night, the real Chaos on the inside died. With his inner soul corrupted by the amulet, Insanity could take over. Power would be his to take and nobody else could stop him.
The next morning Insanity woke up, grabbed T.E.D and made his way further down. Eventually ending up in the dungeons, Insanity drinks some water and went further down. They finally made it to the power supply room, but Insanity had different plans this time. He layed T.E.D down, grabbed the power cells, and smashed T.E.D’s screen with them. T.E.D’s hand reached up to grab Insanity, but Insanity just kicked it away.
Insanity: “You got your power cells, what the matter?” T.E.D responded with “Y-you will pay for this, i can c-contact Jerry.” Insanity: “Oh really? Then ill make sure you don’t.” He ripped off T.E.D’s antenna, and laughed at T.E.D.
T.E.D: “I’ve been through worse, I’ve been ripped in half before. My voice will be hea-“ Insanity: “I’ve had enough of that voice!” Insanity ripped out T.E.D’s voice module, and threw T.E.D across the room. Insanity left the room and closed the door. Chaos died, and Insanity was born. With no way to contact anyone T.E.D sat in that room for weeks. But he did have a way to contact them. A tracker was installed in T.E.D back when the Scientist fixed him up. Maybe one day, somebody would find him…

Fun Facts:

Chapter 5 was actually fully deleted for being so f**king out of place in the lore of this story.

I rewrote this story about 6 times before canceling it.

T.E.D will never be rescued due to the storyline being axed. Sad end for him.

Jerry was actually going to save T.E.D in the end of this story.

This story is what actually killed off the Light storyline for me.
