Actually, Paul didn't directly know Jesus and only two of the gospels were written by people who knew Jesus, Matthew and John. Luke and Mark did a lot of research on it, but didn't actually know Jesus in the physical world.
New Testaments were written by eyewitnesses of Jesus & people who knew him and walked with him. Well, I'll be. Koran was written over 200 years after Mohamad's life by people that never knew Mohamad or walked with him.
