What happened to make you have to be stricter with rules? Was it the thing with one below all?

Well we implemented the stricter rules a while ago, when the stream quality was abysmal.

It all kinda started because of TOAA though, but he was just spamming low quality memes, textboxes, and annoucements. Not only did it flood the stream, it made textboxes so boring. We had to implement stricter rules so people don't complain.

TOAA didn't like that though, because he wanted to post his spam mystery slop. He got so annoying we had to ban him

I'm just being more strict now because I'm not too happy abt the stream state rn.
