True but this is meant for a Thanksgiving type meal situation. Although it would initially seem like burning them altogether would be more disturbing I'm not so sure it is when you consider the motive. The motive to murder can have many depth levels in one's heart. To do each separately would give them the sadistic thrill of more hours of torture for all different babies which is even darker than just wanting to kill so if you think of it that way one at a time is more ghoulish. Outward actions and the heart don't always match. What outwardly looks more gruesome is often emotionally fueled or more impulsive whereas slowly torturing someone by spoon feeding them poison for days straight takes an evil heart. It's helpful in examining each criminal to separate the crime from the person. God knows & He'll often tell us because then we won't be guilty of judging the person as automatically good or bad but get the truth of their heart from Him.
