how do we know this is real tho..I mean think about it...so many scientists have said they found proof and then they get caught for lying and spreading misinformation..so if I were you, I would believe it either without physical evidence myself

That's what peer-reviewed studies are for. That is basic science. What can be observed is true and what is theorised might be true.
