The ancient Greeks *were* Romans. (At least the ones after Imperial conquest were) Although the time period must people talk about when it comes to ancient Greece is before the 1st century AD. Or at least before the Battle of Syracuse.
Roman Greece is more broadly seen as part of the larger, all encompassing Roman history.
The armour depicted above is more accurate to the 1st Century BC or 2100 years ago when Rome was still a republic
