That’s a very precise guess. I just wish I was older. But if I was alive in the 70s, 80s or 90s I would have died. The medical tech didn’t exist to save me.
I could have stayed home the day I was put in the first coma. I would have fallen asleep and not woken up. That’s a good way to go.

If this isn’t helping you, maybe just get out and deal with reality. With BPD or even traits of BPD, I’d recommend something more surface level connection through shared interests. So a club or something. Like a chess/garden/sports club. So the gym should be good, but they can be a bit competitive. Maybe that’s the issue with your current gym. Could you try another?
