2019- People who never should have gotten Commercial Drivers Licenses were getting them. Needs to stop.

Rogel Aguilera-Mederos only killed 4 people when he ignored driving laws and drove his semi into them in Denver in 2019; It's so unfair to expect immigrants, doing the jobs Americans should be doing, to follow our laws.
