My guess is it's the typical neurotypical imprecision with language. Saying, "Why did you do it this way?" to mean, "I wish you hadn't done it this way," and then being surprised when someone takes their words at face value.
Absolutely. I’ve always tried to use the most correct words to convey meaning.
There have been studies that show that people who say umm… and errr during their speech are actually more intelligent. It’s not that we can’t express our ideas or don’t have the words for our ideas, it’s that we are searching through a greater vocabulary to find the most precise words to use.
