Yes.

1. This should have been added a long time ago. This is the best way to get pedos like Jeffrey off the website and it baffles me that they still don’t have a button on the user profile page for this in 2025 while the user report page is difficult to find.

2. They’ll never IP ban anyone, if they do, they lose revenue from advertising to bot accounts and people who make new accounts after being banned.

3. I believe the reason initially given for not doing this was to prevent people from using pfps that can give epileptic seizures (which doesn’t happen). I’m pretty sure the real reason is they know how racist and edgy their main user base is. Obviously having a bunch of people running around with Nazi and Confederate flags or images for pfps (even for jokes) is not a good look. With their custom pfps, they have some plausible deniability and it limits what users can do.

5. No other website does this, why would this be a feature when you can just make the image nsfw or delete any comment that breaks the stream rules or TOS? You don’t need to overcomplicate stuff for no reason.

9. They've already shown they’re willing to take away existing free features and turn them into payed features. For example, you used to be able to add multiple images in a gif for free, now thats a pro only option. Not happening until the sun explodes basically.

3. We know, it just gives the mods and website creators plausible deniability because it takes actual effort on the user end to make said swastika. They also have the issue where the user can claim they’re Hindu and it actually means peace (the original meaning of the swastika). What matters is the orientation. They can just say it’s not their fault, ban the user for a little while each time it’s called out, and then not do anything about it.

5. The problem with 5 is it may be mistaken for a low rated comment and users will click it anyway, or it just makes users more curious about it anyways. 5 doesn’t really do anything but make the situation either worse or overcomplicated. We could get the issue where using a template that has a gun or cigarette gets marked for nsfw despite not containing anything nsfw with imgflip’s other bot (false positives).

Well first of all, the msmg stream rules need to be highlighted in blue so others can click on the link to read the stream rules
Secondly, if images of Jeffrey are still in the search parameters in imgflip and have not been removed then it is safe to say that you are allowed to use those images in any stream of imgflip whatsoever
Also to comment ban someone for using a Jeffrey image in the msmg stream whether to relply to a posted meme or use as and falsely assuming they are his alts is a serious violation of the moderators rules set forth by the creator of imgflip
