They know how to organize
They know how to lie… they’re very very good at lying.
They know how to grift.
They know how to steal.
They know how to whine… a lot.
They know how to plagiarize.
They know how to obfuscate

OK. They don't know how to do anything useful.

They're also very good at avoiding questions; that'll come in handy when the bread lines get long

The first mistake was listening to basement dwellers. Noone anywhere should care what they want or be forced to interact with them.
