For gifs apparently. Thats what I find the most stupid.

pasting in images (like imgflip-box:wzcNA3mX9y53Kk9zxBHXDxWLfsA7TGsK) bypasses the limit

you can only have duplicates though

You can also just reuppload the gif with the image you added and add a second one. Or just do it offsite.
