yes it is actually. there are some sort of breeds that don't mind, and my mom got a 'normal' house cat kitten at one point that fell into the bath tub by accident once. from that day on, it would never have anyone bathing alone but would even jump in the water and crawl around a little... 🐱😊memories *sigh* her name was Lisa.
