he blamed NYC's mayor for 9/11 just because he's Muslim, him being Muslim was the mere reasoning so he did blame all Muslims just not openly. 9/11 could be done by Israel like others say and even if it's done by Al-Qaeda like you probably think, Bin Laden barely even followed the religion himself so why would he represent the religion? also white people are vast majority in the USA so it is expected that they'll also be the victims mostly. it's just their number that increases the likelihood of them being hurt.
