If he hadn't dodged the draft, he might have learned to "Lead, Follow or get the heck out of the way". He did none of those. He just stood there like a demented idiot. He lacked presence of mind. Kind of expected from a geezer pushing 80. Another reason to never elect Presidents over age 65.
