Only game (I know of) that is hard to decide on is Outcome Memories (basically all the killers are evil sonic things like Sonic.EXE and shit)

The issue with it is that Xerxes could beat most of not all the killers if we assume they are in the world of Bossfights, but if it's in the killers realm they might win because a lot of characters are really busted in their own world.

If it's the prior, Xerxes would probably beat them all or most of them, struggling with the most powerful ones. If it's the latter, Xerxes would lose to the ones with extreme power in their home dimensions.
