You might be interested in this story: There was an electronic book called "Potty Time With Elmo", which was a book augmented with a control panel and a speaker with several buttons that generated speech from Elmo. The computer circuitry in that electronic book was poorly made and when you pushed one of the buttons, Elmo laughed and asked "Who wants to die?" which to me is worse than saying profanity.
