Oh my goodness!!!! You are so right. I hadn't even thought about this. Judges have no problem over stepping their authority to stop Trump but they won't lift a finger on the shutdown.

That's how you know it's a Democrat shutdown. If it were the Republicans who caused it, you might find a judge who would over step his authority and force Congress to break the stalemate.

The Supreme Court said that trump has immunity for anything he does as part of his official job, and you think the courts are on the side of Democrats? Do you realize how many judges he appointed during his first term?

The lower courts are. That's undeniable. And SCOTUS ruled that way for the office, not the man.
