They always instantly bring up extreme cases completely unprompted because they know full well their position is ultimately
'Kill as many as you want for any reason you want'
but saying it like that shows how inherently immoral the position is
So to try and get around that they immediately start conversations like
'It should be allowed because what if the mother will absolutely 100% die otherwise?' and hope no further questions come up.
Unfortunately it always does and they ultimately concede all cases are fine at all times.
Its very disingenuous
