Bill Maher is still a thing? Heck, was he ever anything other than utterly annoying?

He basically went from left of center to right of center over the years, afaik

I caught his show a couple times back in the day on ABC. My gosh, the smug was enough to make the LA smog jealous. It was oozing from him like a viscous liquid engulfing everything in it's path, like a scene out of The Blob. I never knew a human could lick its own onions like a dog does, but goodness gracious he sure can. If you look at his face, he has this weird drum roll, here comes the smug look what he's about to say something of 'significance'

One that I did catch that I'm glad I did was when George Lopez was on. There were a couple other fellas, and them and Maher were busy patting each other's back all hurr hurr about illegals aliens and whatnot. Lopez was hilarious, blasting back, "Yeah, stealing all those valuable strawberry picking jobs." Remember when in Predator they shot up the forest? That. It was like that. I'm surprised they didn't arrest him for murder. It was glorious.

Lopez is a great comedian, I'll have to find that clip 😂

He was so spot on and funny, while Maher and the other guests were chuckling and trying to be condescending. I'm surprised they were able to walk after that.
