"Moyel" is the Yiddish pronunciation for the person who is trained in both the medical aspects and the religious ceremony aspects.
A "bris kit" would be the scalpel, etc.
So ... "I need to perform a bris. I'll need to put some equipment together. Let me see what I can cook up ..."
