....and then a little over a month later, the #4 economy on the planet, that as Gavin said, "Dominates in food production" can't figure out a way to feed it's own people w/o a handout from 49 other states
via the SNAP program which is part of the 17% of the Federal Gov't that is shutdown because 4 of his own states Democrat Reps in Congress won't go bipartisan and vote for a clean bill to keep things running, and he'd rather tie it up in the courts and Sue the Federal Government for not making the SNAP program part of the 83% that doesn't shutdown when their is a shutdown. The SNAP program that his state hands out freebies to non-citizens of the USA, wheras most other states do not.
