Will anyone catch a charge for lying to the Court in writing? Does it matter? Trump pardons those who crime in his name...

Will anyone catch a charge for lying to the Court in writing? Does it matter? Trump pardons those who crime in his name... | Sooo... according to Solicitor General D. John Sauer,
Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Shumate and
attorneys Michael S. Raab (Appellate Litigation
Counsel of the DOJ's Civil Division), Brad Hinshel-
wood (General Attorney under the DOJ's OBD),
Daniel Winik (Senior Counsel at DOJ's Civil Division,
Appellate Staff) and Sophia Shams (DOJ Attorney,
possible sector 7G organ bank/scapegoat) in a brief
submitted to the Court:; “Indeed, Presidents have long imposed tariffs and
other trade restrictions under generally worded
statutes and their inherent constitutional authority.”; But here's the thing: you might be able to get
away with a half-truth like that when you're
talking to cameras or a complacent crowd of
fawning Trump-cultists but putting it in a doc-
ument that's to be scrutinized by a judge? Nope. No, a judge is going to read it and immediately be
fully on top of the fact that the POTUS has *zero*
inherent constitutional authority to levy taxes.
And, on a side note, if these federally employed
lawyers do, in fact, believe the Constitution gives
the POTUS authority to levy taxes, they just filed
Exhibit 1 of H.R.'s argument they're not qualified to
execute the duties of the offices they hold. | image tagged in blank, incompetence, trump corruption | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
