My neighborhood always has a stray cat roaming around somewhere. Not as much as this neighborhood.

It must happen so often there, that it required a sign 😄

I agree. I have a cousin whose neighborhood is nearly like that. She and her family have always been cat people. They’ve literally had dozens of cats over the years. There’s a pond behind one of the houses in their neighborhood where a lot of feral cats roam around. Her family has taken a lot of those cats in over the years.

even though the sign clearly says ネコ（neko) = 'cat(s)', they look more like fruitbats to me😁
