this rule is heavily based on opinion, because other people may find something funny
so i vote against it because to get an average, multiple mods will have to vote on if an image is funny.

- Remove memes like these from being approved imgflip.com/i/aa4cw6 (it's really because they are put into a meme format, but it's really just an announcement at most.
