From what I gathered, I think a prompt card is place with a blank or something, you have is pick a card from your deck (probably one that fits best) and the person in charge has to judge a pick the one they like most.

Get a bunch of people in a circle, and one is the card dealer or whatever (I'll just call them CD)

The CD grabs a prompt card (PC( that they have and then they read it out loud, then everyone else has answer cards (AC)

whoever picks the best AC (which is chosen by the CD) gets to be the new CD, or you can also just move the game clockwise or counterclockwise if you want it to be completely fair

I remember winning a round bc the prompt was like “something you would do for a quarter” and my answer was like “bomb another Palestinian village”
