FINALLY SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS
(quick rant)
because literally nobody makes sense, Bee (from Helluva Boss) is the QUEEN of GLUTTONY, the sin of FOOD and FATS, and she's a skinny-ass fox. Lucifer is the KING OF HELL, and he looks as much of a twink as Tom Trench. Alastor is a radio demon, but nothing says Radio except his staff. The Angels are the only good ones, though they still have their faults (Saint Peter anyone?)

I agree with you so much. I'll also add to the rant:

she is somewhat good with designs, her poses and silhouettes are good and I wish I could do that. My biggest issue is that she designs the characters without thinking of the actual characters THEMSELVES. Bee looks like she's designed with her voice actor (which I think is kesha) in mind rather than what she ACTUALLY is supposed to be (the sin of gluttony.) This is Also with a lot of other characters. Also, a lot of the main character suffers from what artists call "same body syndrome" where every character looks the same shape wise from their silhouette (it's related to same face syndrome, which is similar except with facial structure. She also has a bit of that) it's stupid!

Adding onto that:
Maybe do something else with the designs. Give Bee a little more weight to her, and maybe add something else to tie her into the "Lord of the Flies" or "(bumble)Bee" aspect. (Personally, if I were in control of the designs, I'd replace her bottom two hands with Angel-Metal "stingers" with retractable fingers, maybe tie it into the lore that she was one of the survivors of a terrible, Adam-Level extermination who initially partied to forget the pain but now does it just for the funnies. Welp, guess I'm now a fan fiction writer.) In fact, give lots more characters weight. Husk, a bartender and booze drinker, has the waist of a pencil. Give him a potbelly. Tie more into Alastor's radio aspect. Maybe Radio Antennae that turn into his "deer horns". Read Dante's Inferno and take design notes for Satan/Lucifer from that design. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

Replying to your deleted comment:

My ideas are nothing that hasn't been said before, but I will focus on 1 character that I would want to change the most. Angel dust can totally look more like a spider. isn't his design supposed to be inspired after a "web of crimes"? Yet when I first saw his design, I thought those tiny little dots on his face were markings and not spider eyes. And he has only 1 extra pair of arms despite spiders having 8 APPENDAGES. I would mostly just emphasise his eyes more, and add an extra pair of arms (also I would add spider mandibles but that might be a bit far) also a lot of the males wear the same types of suits DESPITE being from different time periods. A suit from the 1920s might be similar but it wouldn't look the exact same to a suit from the 1960s. So differentiating those a bit more would also be a good idea :)

I thought that my comment was engagement bait, so I deleted it. Nothing more and nothing less.

But yes I also had the same gripes about Angel Dust. Vivzie actually showed a beta design that "fixed" all of your gripes but removed all of the good stuff about Angel. (not to be confused with Angel, a class of Heavenpeople, which have pretty FINE designs)

And, also, I'd decontextualize some of the ways that the characters have died, and have their designs reflect that. Backronym it. Alastor is a radio demon and a deer sinner. Maybe have his death be that he was crushed/impaled by a broken radio tower after he hunted some deer which were big no-nos. Sir Pentious is a Victorian-Era Snake. Maybe push his death date to somewhere around WWI, and maybe make his death a snake related one, maybe a series of event where he died after a female snake bit him in his airship, causing it to crash, giving Pentious a heart attack and killing him. This absolutely convoluted death could also improve his role as a comedy character, if that is what we're aiming for with Pentious.

Enough Yap (unless you would like me to continue)

Actually, I'm pretty sure alastor was a radio host and was designed after a deer because I think his cause of death was being accidentally shot by a hunter because he was mistaken for a deer in the forest while hiding a dead body. Also sure he was a serial killer but I can't remember. But yes, I completely agree with every single point you have here

(literally forgets mammon)
OH CRAP. Still, his design is less arthropod jester (intended result) and more Christmas Tree. But that might just be me.
